1. Promotional Period

The Black Friday 2026 promotion runs from 1 November 2026 at 00:00 GMT until 30 November 2026 at 23:30 GMT, inclusive.

Orders must be placed and completed within the promotional period to qualify for the offer.

2. Eligible Products

The promotion applies to all products available for purchase on RadiatorBuy.com, subject to stock availability.

3. Promotional Discount

Customers can enjoy savings of up to 50% off selected products, plus an additional 10% discount on current advertised sale prices during the promotional period.

The additional 10% discount is calculated on the current advertised selling price, not the original retail price.

The discount applies to eligible product prices only and excludes delivery charges.

4. Promotional Code

To receive the additional 10% Black Friday discount, customers must enter the promotional code at checkout before completing their purchase.

The discount will be applied to eligible products once the code has been successfully entered and accepted.

The promotional code is valid only during the promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively.

5. Combining Discounts

The additional 10% Black Friday discount is applied on top of the current advertised sale prices.

The Black Friday promotional code cannot be combined with any other promotional codes, discount vouchers or additional offers.

Only one promotional code may be used per order.

6. Delivery Charges

The Black Friday promotion applies exclusively to product prices.

Free delivery remains available to eligible UK postcode areas in accordance with our Delivery Policy.

For destinations where additional delivery charges apply, these charges will be calculated separately and are not eligible for promotional discounts.

7. Stock Availability

All promotional products are subject to availability.

Placing an order does not guarantee product availability until the order has been accepted.

RadiatorBuy will make reasonable efforts to keep product availability information accurate and up to date throughout the promotional period.

8. Returns and Refunds

Our standard Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made during the promotional period.

Where an order contains multiple products, any order-level promotional discount will be allocated proportionately across eligible products.

Refunds for returned products will reflect the actual amount paid, taking into account any promotional discounts applied.

Nothing in these terms affects customers' statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

9. Promotional Code Restrictions

The Black Friday promotional code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or resold.

The code may only be redeemed in accordance with these promotional terms.

Any misuse or fraudulent redemption of promotional codes may result in the discount being refused or withdrawn, subject to applicable law.

10. Pricing and Technical Errors

RadiatorBuy reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors, calculation errors or technical malfunctions affecting promotional discounts.

Where an error affects an order, RadiatorBuy will handle the matter in accordance with applicable UK consumer law and its existing Terms and Conditions.

11. Price Adjustments

Promotional discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before the promotional period or after the promotion has ended.

Subsequent changes to product prices do not automatically entitle customers to a retrospective price adjustment.

12. Changes to the Promotion

RadiatorBuy reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary, including in cases of technical failure, fraud or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Any changes will not affect orders already accepted and will not override customers' statutory rights.

13. General Conditions

The promotion is operated by RadiatorBuy.com.

By participating in the promotion, customers agree to these promotional terms alongside our standard Terms and Conditions, Delivery Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these promotional terms excludes or limits any rights customers may have under applicable UK law.
