Delivery Policy

UK Delivery - Free Standard Delivery (Mainland UK)

We offer free standard delivery to addresses in England, Wales, and mainland Scotland

Orders are usually delivered within 2-5 working days after dispatch.

No deliveries on UK bank holidays; orders placed during public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Please allow extra time for delivery during peak periods such as Easter and Christmas. If you require an expedited delivery service, additional charges may apply. Please contact us:

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Offshore Islands

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and all UK offshore islands (e.g., Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands) may incur additional charges and longer delivery times. Please contact us before placing your order for a quote.

No International Delivery

We currently do not ship to international addresses.

Delivery Methods

Small items will be sent via parcel couriers and require a signature. If no one is available to sign, the driver may leave the parcel with a neighbour or at a local collection point.

Large items or multiple radiators may be delivered via pallet transport. Pallet deliveries are kerbside only, and customers are responsible for handling the pallet. Please ensure suitable access for 18-tonne vehicles.

Standard delivery is typically completed within 1–3 working days after we send the dispatch notification. Couriers will contact you by text or phone the day before delivery, usually providing a time slot and alternative delivery dates if needed. Unless 3 working days have passed since you received your dispatch email, there’s no need to contact us.

Will I Be Contacted Before Delivery?

We understand you don’t want to wait all day for your delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll be notified, and our delivery partners will contact you by phone, text, or email prior to delivery.

Failed Deliveries & Redelivery Charges

If delivery fails due to no one being available to sign or an incorrect address being provided, a redelivery fee may apply.

Important Delivery Information

Please inspect your delivery as soon as possible, and in the rare event of any delivery-related damage or missing items, please notify us within 2 working days.

Smaller items may be packed inside larger boxes. Check your packaging carefully before reporting any missing items. All items are scanned prior to dispatch, so total losses are rare.

Please retain all packaging for returns. We may be unable to accept returns if packaging is missing or heavily marked/damaged.

For pallet deliveries, drivers cannot remove the pallet. If you cannot dispose of it, many areas have local companies that offer free pallet collection.

If we are unable to meet your requested delivery date, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Important Installation Notice

We strongly recommend that you do not schedule or begin any installation work until you have received your order and carefully inspected all items for defects, damage, or missing parts.

While we strive to provide accurate delivery information, unforeseen delays may occur, and we cannot offer compensation for any resulting costs.

Please thoroughly inspect your product before installation. Once a product has been installed, refunds or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is proven to be defective. We cannot reimburse installation costs resulting from errors in product specifications or information provided on our website.

Ensure you are completely satisfied with the product before handing it over to your installer. While we will proactively work with you to resolve any issues that arise, we are not liable for any tradesman costs or compensation of any kind.
